Business Analyst/Implementer (Tucson, Arizona)

Founded in 2004, TruePoint Solutions provides software solutions and services for local government agencies. Currently, we are looking for a Business Analyst/Implementer to help our clients articulate their business requirements, capture all requirements in easy-to-understand requirements documents, and implement the agreed-upon solutions in the system.

Responsibilities
  • Manage customer expectations
  • Build partnerships with our clients and listen to their needs
  • Understand the business issues and data challenges of client’s organization and industry
  • Identify client organization’s strengths and weaknesses and suggest areas of improvement
  • Capture customer’s as-is and to-be processes in flowcharts and requirements documents
  • Prepare and manage implementation schedules
  • Develop concepts and strategies in a collaborative environment
  • Document issues or gaps
  • Develop and perform quality assurance tests at the system and unit levels
  • Configure software based on customer requirements
  • Lead testing efforts
  • Conduct end-user training
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree with at least three years related experience (industry experience can offset degree requirements)
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint, and Project
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent teamwork skills
  • Able to travel up to 50% of the time
  • Experience working with public sector entities such as municipalities and counties a plus
  • Agile project experience a plus
  • Programming skills a plus

  • Technical Implementer (Tucson, Arizona)

    Founded in 2004, TruePoint Solutions provides software solutions and services for local government agencies. Currently, we are looking for a Technical Implementer to execute the technical aspects of our Government software implementations such as interfaces, data conversions, and complex configurations (formulas).

    • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
    • Excellent teamwork skills
    • Ability to travel as much as 30% of the time
    • Experience working with public sector entities such as municipalities and counties a plus
