TruePoint Solutions Rolls Out Significant Update to Proprietary Customer Portal

LOOMIS, Calif.—June 1, 2023: TruePoint Solutions, developer and provider of leading utility and agricultural billing, agriculture irrigation management software, and professional services for public agencies, has announced that it has released an important update to its TrueCIP customer portal, improving the interface and customer experience.

The updated portal is available now to all TrueCIP customers and is already in use by a number of agencies. Current customers have the option to deploy the updated portal at their discretion, when it is most convenient to them, and requires no preparation as updates are a seamless process.

Improvements include a new responsive design so access from devices like smartphones and tablets, offers the same robust experience as laptop or desktop displays. Its user interface has also been improved for greater efficiency and ease of access to the information customers seek the most.

The latest release of TrueCIP provides the customer with more information on the home page so that up to 90% of the most common details and functions are available from the initial screen after login – all with easier navigation and less scrolling than previous versions. From their home screen, customers can review billing and payment status, current and historical usage, submit service requests, and set up recurring and/or online payments.

Since it was first released, the portal has been adopted by numerous agencies and lauded for empowering their customers with 24/7 self-service. It has proven to reduce agencies’ call volume and to improve customer satisfaction.
