South San Joaquin Irrigation District, California to Implement TrueBill™ and TrueCIP from TruePoint Solutions™
The South San Joaquin Irrigation District (SSJID), located in Manteca, CA. has contracted with TruePoint Solutions™ to implement TrueBill™ and TrueCIP software applications. TrueBill is a full-featured customer billing and revenue management system which will provide the District with increased operational control and efficiency while delivering their customers a much higher level of service. TrueCIP is an online customer portal which will provide SSJID customers the ability to place online water orders, view real-time account status, make account changes and view account information 24/7.
The District has been a TruePoint customer since early 2010 when it implemented the TrueAIM™ and TrueCanal applications.
As part of the implementation, TruePoint will provide full data conversion services to include customer account information as well as history. Integration with the District’s current financial system from Springbrook Software is also included as part of the implementation.
