Redwood City, Calif. and Loomis, Calif.—June 25, 2019: Redwood City, CA, looking to replace its customer information system (CIS), has selected TrueBill (Customer Management, Utility Billing, Service Orders, Meter Management & Backflow Compliance) by TruePoint Solutions, a northern California-based Software and Services company, to support its vision of providing exceptional long-term customer satisfaction to its nearly 40,000 water, sewer and solid waste customers.
As part of a Citywide strategic plan to modernize their IT Infrastructure and related software applications, the City was interested in selecting and implementing a new CIS and billing solution that would enhance the City’s ability to provide superior services to customers and adapt to changes in California water conservation regulations.

TruePoint’s browser-based solution, TrueBill, will help streamline the City’s utility billing and customer service operations, by providing user-friendly process wizards, enhanced data management tools and custom workflow engines, all in a fully configurable software environment. In addition to providing a flexible solution, the City will be able to leverage TrueBill’s native water budgeting functionality as they continue to be a leader in California’s water conservation efforts.
