Prominent Public Agency Leader, Paul Carrano, Joins TruePoint Solutions in Senior Level Technical Role

LOOMIS, Calif.—Sept. 1, 2022: TruePoint Solutions, developer and provider of leading-edge utility billing/CIS solutions and professional services for local government agencies, today announced that Paul Carrano has joined the organization.

Mr. Carrano joins the company as a Senior Implementation Consultant, working primarily with TruePoint’s Infor Public Sector Services Division. In this role he will work with clients to provide strategic and tactical guidance, recommendations, and project management of technical implementation and integration projects. He will also leverage his experience to act as a technical architect to merge and automate processes that will streamline workflows for clients.

Paul comes to TruePoint with over 30 years of experience at Stafford County, Virginia, where he served as Application Systems Manager. In this role, he managed the County-wide team responsible for software applications, and worked extensively with the Hansen, now Infor IPS solutions. His purview spanned all departments and functions of the County government operations. He was responsible for software selection, implementation, creating workflows, and working with County departments to improve their business processes and leverage the full capabilities of their software solutions. He is highly skilled in process improvement, systems analysis, database administration, and project management.
