Customer Information Portal:
TrueCIP (Customer
Information Portal) is an online web application which offers an
interactive customer experience. Customers have the ability to
place water orders online and view up-to-the-minute customer account
status. The TrueCIP software interactively communicates with
TruePoint’s Operations and Revenue applications (TrueAIM and
TrueBill), providing valuable online capabilities such as account
history, including: orders, consumption, payments, outstanding
invoices, and prior billings. Customers can interact with the
Agency 24/7/365, receiving answers to many of their questions online
with the ultimate objective of ‘self service, anywhere, anytime’. A
number of progressive districts have already implemented TrueCIP for
the benefit of their growers.
